Crescent wins the 2002 "A" List Award for Customer Service
Crescent is rated one of the "Best in the Industry"

For the second year in a row, Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd. has won the National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence for office properties. This award is based on results of customer (tenant) surveys given across the country. It recognizes those companies whose management performance and commitment to providing the highest level and quality of service achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The honor is awarded annually by Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and CEL & Associates, the largest surveyor of customer satisfaction in the real estate industry.

CEL & Associates - Customer Service "Best in Class"

The Shops at Greenway was awarded Best in Class for Customer Service by CEL & Associates in 2002 and 2001. The Best in Class award is given to those properties that score 90% or higher on the service oriented questionnaire presented to each property's customers.

Super Neighborhood Award presented to Greenway Plaza

Greenway Plaza received the Super Neighborhood award in 2001, from Houston Mayor Lee P. Brown. The award was presented in recognition of Greenway's ongoing efforts to improve and strengthen the surrounding community.

Legacy Award/Retail Concourse Renovation 1992

The 98,000 sf retail portion of Greenway Plaza's Concourse area was renovated in 1992 and recognized by the prestigious Houston Legacy Awards as the best renovation for that year.
